Staff members at the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center are devoted to southeast Baltimore and continually strive to earn their place as an integral part of the community. Among our offerings are public outreach programs, health seminars and screenings, many of which are free.

 
           

    Featured Community Initiatives

    • Food Re-Education for Elementary School Health

      The Community Relations Department at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is pleased to offer Food Re-Education for Elementary School Health (FRESH), an innovative nutrition education program available to elementary schools in Southeastern Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

    • Called to Care®: A Program For Family Caregivers

      We recognize the importance of family caregivers, as well as the physical and emotional stresses that can accompany caregiving. For this reason, we have created Called to Care, a program that prepares and supports individuals caring for loved ones.

    • Healthy Community Partnership

      The Healthy Community Partnership grew out of relationships that Johns Hopkins Bayview established with a number of area religious congregations.
