Maria Trent, M.D., M.P.H., a professor of medicine and an adolescent medicine specialist at Johns Hopkins Children’s Center, has been named one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women by the Daily Record newspaper. Each year, the Top 100 list recognizes women with outstanding achievements. This is the 26th year for the awards, and The Daily Record received more than 350 nominations. Trent’s commitment to excellence and focus on adolescent health distinguishes her from others, the Daily Record says.
